Culture
Beira is an economic powerhouse featuring the countries largest economy. so it doesn't have too much culture, just jobs. The City has a high population of Rockhopper penguins due to the rocky area of Dekker

Economy
The city builds the majority of the countries arms. As well as has the bulk of the book industry. Beira basicaly produces anything that you can need, from sunscreen to grilling equipment. The cities economy gets separated into catagories so when the government puts restrictions or laws on buisness's it gets easier to enforce. The catagories to rating depends on what the company makes and are fun thing, funner things, expensive things, and useless things.
