City O Dude

City O Dude isn't a city in the normal sense of the term as there are no buildings. But there are a huge collection of penguins around a giant stage and hot dog stand. They are always there to party, and constant partying inhabits the city. Penguins camp out there for days to stay at the parties, then return to their normal lives. The majority of them comming from Beira from the slip n slide. Also from Humboldt being the end of the training race to be accepted into the Two Tone Army
