The United Provinces Of Krytenia
Before AO : Revolution And Isolation
In the early years of the Krytenian state, there was the King (or Queen). However, the monarchy was not exactly benevolent, especially when it came to taxation and economic policy. So it was that in 1976 (Krytenian Calendar) that the Populist Movement was started by frustrated entrepeneur and political student Everton Davis. The Movement gained popularity over a number of years, and in 1981 the monarchy was overthrown in a bloodless revolution, with Davis installed as the first Chairman of Krytenia.
