Neue Lontorikanische Spezielle Verwaltungsregion (SV) (eng: New Lontorican Special Administrative Reigon (SAR)) is an administrative region of Commerce Heights, consisting of the western portion of Lontorica and the southwestern portion of Syoko Island. The state was formed when the Lontorican government collapsed on 3 Apr 30 CE, in order to prevent anarchy from destroying the area. It was originally known as Neulontorika SAR, but the naming reform by Matthew Sparks in 62 CE changed the name to the Deutsch equivalent.
