Cape Town is the Capital of The Skankin Penguins. This is the penguins largest city, and military focalpoint.
Here it is mandatory to have a cape worn at all time.
Cape town has a very large harbor able to port AAS Staging Fortresses. Also it has very calm beaches, perfect for skimboarding. The capital is on the southwestern most point on the island in the province of Ska Land. The city is now in military lockdown due to an increase of Pirate threats. The Capital is the head of opperations towards the military assault on the Pirate Thieves.
