The two main functions of the LAEC is a peace treaty and free trade agreements. Geography
The Lesser Antilles is a versatile area of the Caribbean Sea, in between rich North America and the poorer south, with influence from Colonial Europeans too. The region has a large, beautiful sea, which is full of wildlife, and picturesque islands with beautiful weather all year round, except for in the short, 1 month Hurricane seasons.
