Mustafa bin-Sayid Fenris is Chairman of the Capitalism Now! Party of Hallad. He lead the country for only a year before giving into international pressure from Hattia, The Island States, and others - allowing election, which he lost. He plans to run for the position of Premier as a more moderate canidate than before. He is widly unpopular in Hallad because of his conservative and Islamist political views.
