The Workers' Protection Agency is a security agency in the Halladi Workers' Republic. It is a government agency, responsible for domestic security and as well as foreign, and domestic, intelligence gathering. It has been suspected of several external operations, mainly by right-wing sources, however the involvement of the WPA has never been proved.

Confirmed Operations

Operation Freedom Fighter

Operation Freedom Fighter was announced in June of 2006, as a response to the Kahta gun distribution scheme. In this operation, the WPA was to allocate arms to leftist movements and individuals throughout the world. Weapons handed out included HAR-1A's, HAP-1's, AKM's, AK-47's, and AK-74's.

Suspected Operations

Israel

Some say that the WPA has worked along side both the Armed Workers' Movement for a Global Revolution and the Palestinian Liberation Organization in Israel, in order to bring the downfall of the state. After the fall, critics claim they sent arms and advisors to both the AMW and PLO forces in the area.

Syria and Jordan

Critcs have claimed that there have been several skirmishes between SAVAK backed forces and WPA backed forces. This claims have never been proven, or admited by either organization.

Yemen

It has been suspected that the WPA is responsible for the coup which led to the division of Yemen, at the end of the Halladi-Yemeni Conflict. Many critics have said that it was the WPA which supplied Ali Hassan Amin and his followers with the equipment and means necessary to overthrow the Yemeni goverment.
