Mustafa bin-Sayid Fenris is Chairman of the Capitalism Now! Party of Hallad. He lead the country for only a year before giving into international pressure from Hattia, The Island States, and others - allowing election, which he lost. He plans to run for the position of Premier as a more moderate canidate than before. He is widly unpopular in Hallad because of his conservative and Islamist political views. He has been under house arrest since he was deposed as President For Life, but is allowed to hold the title Chairman of the Capitalism Now! Party.
