The Ropa-Topian Sports Alliance (abbreviation: RTSA) is a collaboration of the Uhuh-Topian Imperial Sports Association (ISA) and the Uhuh-Ropean Ministry of Sports. The RTSA is the governing body which oversees Uhuh-Ropa and Uhuh-Topia's combined participation in any Olympic Games and is part of the Olympic Council.
The RTSA is also the governing body of football in the two states of Ropa-Topia. It organises the main football leagues in both Uhuh-Topia and Uhuh-Ropa, the amateur leagues, the Uhuh-Topia and Uhuh-Ropa national football teams for tournaments inside Uhuhland, and the Ropa-Topia national football team for tournaments outside Uhuhland.
History
The RTSA was founded in 1976 in order to show the world that there were no more conflicts between the peoples of both nations. Instead of competing against each other, sportsmen from Uhuh-Ropa and Uhuh-Topia form a unified team in any major sporting event outside Uhuhland.
