San Adriano's presence at the First Summer Olympics will be overseen by the Sanadrianese Olympic Committee. The delegation's official sports' code is SNA.
San Adriano has confirmed that it will indeed be participating, if the Sanadrianese Olympic Committee is able to find Sanadrianese athletes “willing and able to represent their country in such a prestigious international competition”. The nation is expected to send only a symbolic delegation. With a population of just over four hundred, San Adriano has only a tiny pool of sporting talent to choose from.
