Act of Consolidation, 1562
The Act of Consolidation formalised the personal union of the crowns of Isselmere and Nieland established by the Treaty Uniting the Crowns, 1557 with the dissolution of the Storting of Nieland and the amalgamation of some of its members within Isselmere's Convention of Estates. The Act was promulgated on 25 June 1562 in both parliaments.
