The Asiatic Immigration Act of 1933 was a racialist law that effectively ended Asian immigration to the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland between 1933 and 1945, discriminating against both Asian immigrants and residents of Asian descent, most of whom had been denied citizenship, including such persons who had been born within Isselmere-Nieland. The law was repealed upon the request of the King, who was hoping to avoid economic sanctions by the new British government under Clement Attlee.
