An Autonomous Operation Situational Awareness Module (AOSAM) is an artificial intelligence (AI) system for uncrewed vehicles, missiles, torpedo or other powered guided weapons intended to give those machines a limited degree of self-awareness granted by their sensor suites for collision avoidance, autonomous guidance, electronic or physical countermeasure resistance, and automatic target recognition.

Lyme and Martens Industries coined the term AOSAM in 2003 with the advent of several uncrewed underwater and aerial vehicles.
