The Di Bradini Cup is an Under-21 football tournament for any nation that wishes to send its younger players (those under the age of twenty-one at the time of the competition) for a competitive tournament. It is not intended to replace the dormant Under-21 World Cup, but simply to be an outlet for Under-21 teams to compete in, as well as a tournament to bring Starblaydia back to the international arena after regional conflict.

The tournament is named after Starblaydia's most-famous player, who scored Starblaydia's first Under-21 goal in U21WC3 and coached the Starblaydia Under-21s to glory in U21WC14: Simeone Di Bradini.
