Uroca is the result of a merger between two other regions, Aberdeen and Charis. The word "Uroca" is an informal term for "UROCA", which stands for "United Regions of Charis-Aberdeen". While both regions have merged, the new region is going through an interim government while the new Constitution and other documents for the permanent document are worked out.
