1st Women's World Cup
The first women's World Cup was hosted by the founder of the cup, Chicanada. There were 28 teams in 6 groups. The top two teams from each group, plus the third place teams from groups C, D, E and F advanced to the Knock-Out stage. There was no qulification stage.
