Santé! is a chain of fast food restaurants from the PDSR Ariddia. Symbolised by a green apple, Santé! offers only "tasty vegetarian food of high nutritional standard", making it rather unusual among fast food restaurants. It has very little competition in Ariddia, however, since the latter is a vegetarian country with a moneyless economy which has little to attract foreign fast food companies.
Santé! has become a household name in Ariddia, and provides meals which are served quickly but are extremely healthy; the company, owned and operated by those who work there, has been publicly praised by the Secretariat (ministry) for Health.
In foreign countries, Santé! restaurants are opened by private individuals, with the authorisation of the company, and must abide by strict regulations in terms both of the products they sell and of employment contracts, guarenteeing decent wages and good working conditions to employees. A few Santé! restaurants exist in West Ariddia, where they seek to draw customers away from the popular Cute Bunny Burger Corporation, an Allanean company.
Santé! is also present in Errinundera, a vegetarian nation, with restaurants in Deddick, McKillops Bridge, Murrindal and Bonang. In addition, there is one restaurant on the Ropa-Topian Isle of Uhm.
