Jim Grady, a former (and rather tragic) president of the Federal Republic of Omigodtheykilledkenny, was appointed ambassador to Sarzonia by President Manuelo Fernanda in 2005. Grady's tenure as president was frought with scandal and marred by two embarrassing nuclear incidents; he was defeated for re-election by Liberal Sen. John Thorne in 2000.
