The World Cup Nation Hall of Fame is maintained by the Spaamanian football association (SFA). At the end of each World Cup, one new nation is chosen to be inducted, based on their long term success in the World Cup proper. Officially, the method involves a rubber chicken and a woman named 'Margaret', but unofficially, it can be determined using the Spaam Ranking System. As well as the official inductees, certain other nations can be recognised for outstanding performance and contribution if warranted by the football community.

World Cup 1 : Crosshill

Crosshill SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC1 7 1 1
WC3 16 3 1 1 1

The first ever winner of the World Cup, the former nation of Crosshill set the benchmark for excellence for the next hundred years. Though they only competed in three World Cups, no other nation has ever come close to such a spectacular career history. They followed their World Cup 1 win with a quarterfinal appearance in World Cup 2, and finished runner-up to Giant Zucchini in World Cup 3. Long since dead, every nation still remembers the great Crosshill.

World Cup 2 : Europa Brittania

WC2 9 2 1 1
WC17 54 17 2 1 1 2 3 4 4

The runner-up to Crosshill in World Cup 1, Europa Brittania is widely considered one of the greatest footballing nations in history, and certainly the greatest former nation. Though World Cup 2 was won by Al Quds, Europa Brittania was consistent in their good performance, qualifying for the first seventeen World Cups, more than any other foundation nation. They eventually found success in World Cup 9 and then World Cup 11, becoming the second dual World Cup winner. Even to this day, over 50 years since their last World Cup appearance, they are still one of the most successful ever World Cup nations.

World Cup 3 : Giant Zucchini

Giant Zucchini SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC3 9 3 1 2
WC30 38 15 1 1 1 3 2 7

The winner of World Cup 3, Giant Zucchini is one of only two nations from the original World Cup still competing. They qualified for the first fifteen World Cups, excluding World Cup 6, before a 44 year qualifying drought. They eventually reached the finals for a second time in World Cup 10, losing to Lemmitania. Giant Zucchini is also known for one of the best and long-lived footballers in history, Urk. Though they haven't qualified since World Cup 26, they are still an incredibly competitive team, and it is only a matter of time before they are back on top.

World Cup 4 : Al Quds

Al Quds SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC4 11 3 1 2

Like Crosshill, Al Quds won their maiden World Cup, participated in three, and the ceased to be. In fact, so unusual was their departure, when they were due to host World Cup 5, that since then a nation that ceases to exist midway through a competition is said to have 'Al Quds Syndrome'. Nevertheless, in the short time that they participated, they were a football powerhouse, moving on to the Round of 16 in both their cups after World Cup 3.

World Cup 5 : Brazillico

Brazillico SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC5 15 4 1 1 1 1
WC16 29 8 2 1 1 3 1

The Chilli Bats won World Cup 5, then became the first nation to successfully defend their title in World Cup 6. Unfortunately after that, they then failed to qualify for over thirty years. Nevertheless during that decade, they were the best football team in the world, and became a legend in their own right. In total, Brazillico only qualified for eight World Cups, but were dominant in all but the first.

World Cup 6 : Quohog

Quohog SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC6 16 5 1 1 2 1
WC7 17 6 1 1 2 2

The first Hall of Fame nation to not win a World Cup, they were yet one of the best teams during the first 25 years of the World Cup. Their crowning moment was finishing runner-up to the then unbeatable Brazillico in World Cup 6, after failing to qualify eight years earlier.

World Cup 7 : Ariddia

Ariddia SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC7 16 7 3 3 1
WC30 30* 14 1 4* 4 5

The founder of the World Cup had never gotten past the quarterfinals, but had been consistent, qualifying for every cup they had participated in, and only failing to move past the group stage once. Their crowning moment was third place in World Cup X, defeating One Red Dot. However, they then failed to qualify for over seventy years, only coming back in World Cup XXVIII, after being missing for sixteen cups. Since then, they have re-established themselves as one of the top teams in the world, a fitting place for the original World Cup team, and only one of two still competing.

World Cup 8 : Svecia

Svecia SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC8 17 7 2 2 3
WC25 39 22 2 1 7 12

A mainstay of the World Cup for a very long time, Svecia qualified for twenty-two World Cups, missing only two since their first. Their highlights were two third places, the first in World Cup V, defeating the great Europa Brittania, and the second in World Cup VII, defeating a then young Bedistani team. Despite no longer existing, because of their consistency and longevity, they are still one of the most successful ever World Cup nations.

World Cup 9 : Tanah Burung

Tanah Burung SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC9 18 7 1 2 2 2
WC16 29 14 1 3 4 6

A very popular footballing nation, the former Tanah Burung never topped their highlight of runner-up in World Cup II to the great Al Quds. They qualified for every cup they participated in but one, and moved beyond the group stage more often than not. The host of World Cup 5, they are also one of only two nations to be considered for the Hall of Fame four times, so their induction was also very popular.

World Cup 10 : Lemmitania

Lemmitania SRS Points World Cups 1st 2nd 3rd S/f Q/f R16 Grp
WC10 25 8 1 1 2 2 2
WC18 37 15 1 1 1 2 4 6

The winner of World Cup X, the former nation of Lemmitania is strangely not best remembered for their football team. No doubt a great team, they reached the semi-finals three times and the finals twice, and qualified for fifteen cups. However, it was their internationally famous commentating teams (most notably 'Gil') that made them a favourite around the world. They also hosted three cups, World Cup VII, World Cup XII, and became hosts for the infamous World Cup VI, after both hosts suffered from temporary Al Quds Syndrome.
