The Royal Isselmere-Nieland Gendarmerie (RING) is a national paramilitary police force within the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland. During times of war, the RING effectively becomes a service within the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland Defence Forces (UKINDF).

  1. ^  Serving head of service. Upon retirement in good standing, former Directors-General receive a life baronetcy and a stipend upon retirement in good behaviour.

  3. ^  All ranks above that of Commander of Police are appointments decided by the Minister Responsible for Police and the serving Director-General.
