Biopreparat is considered to be a mass destruction manufactorer and illegal under several United Nations resolutions.
Currently, the exact extent of Biopreparat research is unknown. The only information gathered was from two defected Soviet scientists that defected to the United States before its eventual collapse. Due to the way information was handled after the nuclear bombardment of the Midwest of the U.S., much information of the exact dealings of Biopreparat are unknown.
Biopreparat is now under the jurisidiction of the Peaceful Cooperative.
