The following lists covers both ships and boats (including submarines) both currently and formerly in service with the Royal Navy of Isselmere-Nieland from about the turn of the twentieth-century to the present day. Locally, the name of a ship or submarine is preceded by the abbreviation HMS for His (or Her) Majesty's Ship/Submarine, whereas boats are preceded by the abbreviation HMB for HM Boat. Internationally, the names of Isselmere-Nielander naval vessels are preceded by the acronym HINMS or HINMB for His/Her Isselmerian and Nielander Majesty's Ship/Submarine/Boat.

Aircraft carriers

Fleet carriers

Fleet carriers are full-sized aircraft carriers that provide the flexible, long-range strike power of Royal Navy battle fleets. According to real-life US Navy hull classification symbols, fleet carriers are categorised as follows:

  • CV — Fleet carrier
  • CVB — Heavy fleet carrier

The ships themselves are registered in accordance with Western European practice as Rx, with x being the hull or pennant number.

Light carriers

Light carriers in this category would fall under four United States Navy-derived hull classification symbols:

CVDuncrewed aerial vehicle carrier
CVE — escort carrier (to 1947)
CVL — light carrier
CVS — anti-submarine carrier

The ships themselves are registered in accordance with Western European practice as Rx, with x being the hull or pennant number.

Mobile command bases

Heavy command battleships

Heavy battleships (1st rate)

Battleships (2nd rate)

Battleships (3rd-4th rate)

Heavy cruisers (5th rate)

Light cruisers (6th rate)
