Due to this horrible political and economical atmosphere, the common man was often impoverished. This led to mass emigration, which substantially reduced the population of Kampfers. Three years ago, [[Fuhrer Richtoff]] was elected Chancellor upon his promise to "End impoverishment forever." Upon election, [[Fuhrer Richtoff]] promptly suspended the legislative branch. Now supreme dictator, [[Fuhrer Richtoff]] has raised Kampfers to previously unknown heights.
