The Integrated Shipboard Operations Management System (ISOMS), designated by MEI.xx wherein xx denotes the model number, is a series of computer systems designed by Turing-Babbage Electromechanical Devices, plc, the Royal Shipyards of Isselmere-Nieland, and the Royal Isselmere-Nieland Navy for use on Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary ships for sensor integration, systems management, command routing, and general processing.

Unlike Autonomous Operation Situational Awareness Modules (AOSAM) equipping uncrewed vehicles, ISOMS does not exhibit genuine artificial intelligence, but it may be programmed to perform certain actions automatically, such as engaging potential threats with self-defence weapons, and has demonstrated the capacity for pattern recognition and has shown some ability comparable to fuzzy systems.

Early models of similar systems, mostly British and American used the JEI prefix.
