This is the captiol of Fmjphoenix. It was originally just called Captiol City, but when King Phoenix III dissolved the parliment and transfered the government into democracy, the city was renamed in his honor. Home of the Phonecian Suns in the Fmjphoenix Domestic Football League.

Vanguard is where all major sports competitions are held in Fmjphoenix. This is where the Fmjphoenix Vikings Stadium is located here. Home of the Vanguard Eagles in the Fmjphoenix Domestic Football League.
Spraat
This is the primary industrial city. All uranium that is exported from Fmjphoenix goes through Spraat. This is also home of Spraat FC.
