Blocked again by Rechze after re-spamming the same page, following the one-month block 12:27, 27 May 2005 (GMT)

Additionally, 213.228.80.0/24 was blocked by Goobergunch at 22:58, 20 Apr 2005 (GMT) to forestall future linkspamming. This CIDR range resolves to "IP network of Long-distance Telephone Station; department of join stock company "Elektrosvyaz" of Novosibirsk area" according to RIPE. This block was widened to 213.228.0.0/19 by Goobergunch on 23:09, 21 Apr 2005 (GMT). Inexplicably disappeared, renewed by Frisbeeteria 21:30, 20 Jun 2005.

I have put them onto an infinite ban, and as I cannot see their having anything more to contribute to NSwiki (especially as they have been banned from NS). If it is felt this was too harsh, then by all means downgrade the ban. However, I would ask that the fact that this a second offence be taken into consideration.
