Introduction

Bercktesgaden is a small, authoritarian and agricultural nation in southern Atlantian Oceania, noted for its excellent foodstuffs, such as its beef, cheese, milk and butter. Bercktesgaden was united in 1862, when Berckesia conquered the smaller, but more industrialized, neighboring kingdom of Gadenland in a short, but brutal war.

Today Bercktesgaden is an agricultural powerhouse, but lacks large manufacturing industries with the exception of sporting giant Federal. Bercktesgaden is an environmental wonder and is starting to promote itself as an international tourist destination.
