| Footnotes | 1 - The Chacoran constitution still technically states that the Head of State of Chacor is the Head of Government of Liverpool England, as that section was not amended after independence. Likewise, Liverpool England still has a say in Chacor's external affairs. Harry Livingston's official title, in regards to Chacor, is "Liverpool England Advisor for Chacoran External Affairs". 2 - Chacor's Parliament appoints a Chacoran to the office of "Chacor Secretary to the Advisor for External Affairs", the highest office except for Prime Minister and Deputy PM in Chacor. Yuri Noble reports directly to Harry Livingston, and not the Chacoran PM. |

Chacor is a beautiful nation home to more than 3.1 billion people. Situated near the Crystilakerean Channel in Atlantian Oceania, it borders Sarzonia, although there has been a recent conflict, the Sarzonia-Chacor border dispute.
Chacor is a member of the Federation of Like-Minded States, an alliance countering the Strategic Alliance. It was one of the five members originally called to the first FLMS meeting, and one of the eight founding charter members.
