| Footnotes | 1 - The Chacoran constitution still technically states that the Head of State of Chacor is the Head of Government of Liverpool England, as that section was not amended after independence. Hence, Tommy Douglas, who won Premiership in recent Liverpool England elections, is both Head of State and Head of Government of Chacor. Likewise, Liverpool England had a say in Chacor's external affairs until Tommy Douglas pushed through a bill in Liverpool England Parliament calling for the cessation of Liverpool England involvement in Chacor's foreign affairs. Harry Livingston's official title, in regards to Chacor, was "Liverpool England Senior Advisor for Chacoran External Affairs". With the passing of the new law, Livingston remained in his role as Senior Advisor for the next half-term, however his official title included the term "Outgoing". |

Chacor is a beautiful nation home to more than 3.1 billion people. Situated near the Crystilakerean Channel in Atlantian Oceania, it borders Sarzonia, although there has been a recent conflict, the Sarzonia-Chacor border dispute.
Chacor is a member of the Federation of Like-Minded States, an alliance countering the Strategic Alliance. It was one of the five members originally called to the first FLMS meeting, and one of the eight founding charter members.
